Zenith's Crescendo

Where great heights are taken further! A small music label for small musicians being led by Joanna Blount (Siv Kyne/Moon amour). All releases get distributed to all streaming platforms at no cost to the artists!

Leadership

Zenith's Crescendo is currently being run solo by Joanna Blount, who also goes by their artist names, Siv Kyne and Moon amour. Joanna is an 18-year-old Chinese person who resides in the United States.

Distribution

Zenith's Crescendo will work with you to distribute your music onto streaming platforms free of charge. We will never take any percentage of your earnings unless you specify that you want us to! We use Soundrop, which itself takes a 15% cut from all earnings.

Business Model

Zenith's Crescendo is not currently registered as any type of business. If this makes you uncomfortable, don't work with us. But the way the label is operated does not require a proprietorship, since we (the label) do not make any money from our releases. As mentioned above, all earnings go directly to the artist(s) who worked on a release.

Promotion

Currently, Zenith's Crescendo is a very small label, so there's no promise that your song will get a lot of streams just because we released it. Either way, we will always promote your song on our socials as much as we can unless you ask us not to.

DMCA

The copyright license of each release under Zenith's Crescendo is individual to what the has decided. Some songs may be CC BY-SA, but other songs might get claimed in your videos. If you're unsure, just ask!

Genre and Style

There is no limit on style under Zenith's Crescendo! We will release a variety of music spanning any genre imaginable. As long whichever song you submit to us sounds reasonably mixed and mastered, it's definitely going to be considered for release!

Permanence

All Zenith's Crescendo releases will stay up on streaming platforms permanently unless an artist specifically requests for their songs to be taken down. Even if the label goes underwater and stops forever, there is no fear of your releases disappearing!

What's the catch?

Joanna here: I don't actually have any tricks up my sleeve. I just want to support artists by helping them distribute their music for free. I pay your distribution fees for my love of the community! I want every artist who's dedicated to their craft to have a chance at success, and this is the path I've chosen to realize that desire.

If you don't make any money from doing this, how will you continue to pay for distribution?

Joanna here: I genuinely do not make any money from running Zenith's Crescendo unless an artist specifically wants to give me a cut of their earnings. However, I have released a lot of my own personal music, which I do get 100% of the royalties from. I use that money to fund new releases under Zenith's Crescendo. Essentially, all the money I spend on this project comes directly out of my pockets. That's why I appreciate donations to my Ko-fi, which is listed on the homepage of this website.

How can I find all the releases from Zenith's Crescendo in one simple search?

You can navigate to the "all releases" or "all artists" pages that are on this website! But if you don't want to do that, I know that Spotify has a label search function. Type this in the search bar to find all of our songs and artists that are on Spotify: label:zeniths-crescendo

The DMCA section mentioned CC BY-SA. What does that mean?

CC BY-SA is the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license. CC stands for Creative Commons, BY stands for attribution, and SA stands for ShareAlike. Basically, it means that you can share the song as long as you credit the original artist. And that you can even remix or reimagine it as long as you release your derivative creation under the same license (CC BY-SA).

Rylon The Leopard

Featuring the first artist to join Zenith's Crescendo, Rylon The Leopard is "a visionary who prioritizes feeling" and represents his own feelings through a variety of musical genres. Look for "That Feeling When You Wake Up but Still Hate Your Life" featuring Siv Kyne, the debut release of our label!

Kiaa Heartfox

This incredible artist sews together their emotional vocals with hard-hitting trap beats. Look for "Broken," their first release under Zenith's Crescendo!

Moon amour

Something borrowed, something new... Moon amour is Joanna Blount's newest stage name, which combines the French phrase "mon amour" with the English "Moon," which symbolizes their love for the Moon and astronomy in general. Look for "The Diamond Remix," their debut song under the new moniker!

Siv Kyne

Finally, here's the one who started it all! Siv began as a humble FL Studio newbie back in January of 2024, making lots of electronic music. Look for "The Flower" featuring Melodinumbra, their first production mentor!

Releases are listed from newest to oldest in descending order! In other words, the first release on this page is the newest.

No, you will not have to sign any agreements that bind you to Zenith's Crescendo. Even after you have joined and released music with us, you are free to break off and do your own thing at any time. We stand with Ukraine. We want a truly Free Palestine. We support the Black Lives Matter movement and general sentiment. We believe trans rights are human rights, alongside other LGBT2QIA+ identities and their rights. We believe therians are valid. We support the Stop Asian Hate movement and general sentiment. We believe in Civil Rights. Finally, even though this is an "E for everyone" space, we still believe kinks and fetishes are acceptable as long as they are performed safely with consent between two adults at an appropriate time and place. All that being said, you probably want to avoid ever working with Zenith's Crescendo if you disagree with any of the above. While we respect differing opinions, we would rather not trouble ourselves by working with people who have completely different ideas of morality.

How do I apply to join?

It's a casual process, no need to fill out any forms! Just get into contact with me (Joanna), preferably through Discord (@moonphaseamour) or Telegram (@sivkyne).
